Chub's Smashburger

A quarter-pound griddled burger built for crispy edges, with sauce, pickles and fried onions. Dress it up or double it.

Traditional Wings

Crisp, fried bone-in wings with rotating sauces including Buffalo, Nashville Hot, BBQ, Old Bay and Garlic Parm.

Boneless Wings

Crispy, meaty boneless wings tossed in the same house lineup of classic and spicy sauces.

Poutine

Fries, gravy and cheese curds—the comfort-food staple that has been part of Chubby Squirrel's identity since opening.

Pierogies

Polish potato dumplings filled with cheddar and potato, served pub-style with sour cream and sauerkraut.

Fried Cheese Curds

Battered Wisconsin cheddar curds fried until molten and served with a slightly spicy dipping sauce.

Boom Boom Shrimp

Crispy battered shrimp tossed in house boom boom sauce with hot red pepper and green onion.

Bavarian-Style Pretzels

Warm pretzels finished with butter and served with mustard—exactly the kind of thing a pint wants beside it.
